Notes: 

PLA will likely warp in a dishwasher, PETG will likely not. However, either may contain constituents that may come adrift during dishwashing and may be carcinogenic. It would be safer to hand wash.

How I Designed This

Inspiration came from similar-looking Asian origin iron teapots sometimes seen in cafes. The Darlek connection came from reactions to the finished product.

I started by cutting the top and bottom off a sphere and hollowing it out. The lip and the bar used profiles. An arch supports the bar to strengthen it.

I manually placed several spheres vertically then used 'Circular Pattern' to surround the 'box'.

To make it more pleasing to the eye, I filleted all the edges.
