Deflate adapter for Exped Widget

Exped Widget is a nice pump to inflate especially Exped sleeping mats and other similar products. However, in case you want is it to deflate those products you are out of luck.

This clip-on adapter helps with that. It adds a connector similar to what is already on the Widget to the inlet valve, effectively turning the Widget to a deflation device.

The power button is exposed but the light button and the USB ports are not. If you need to use those then you'll need to remove the adapter for now. Perhaps at some point I'll create another version that allows accessing those but for me that hasn't really been an issue.

The model consists of two parts for ease of printing and strength, just glue them together with CA glue or something suitable for your choice of material.

I printed mine in PETG as it needs to be a little flexible. The larger part should be printed on its side for added strength for the clips. Please see the picture for better explanation. Some supports are needed.

NB! This is my adaptation and has not been discussed with Exped in any way. I am not responsible for any damage to you Exped product or possible voiding of the warranty etc. I cannot see why that would happen but it is a strange world…
