Espresso Puck Rake

Set of espresso puck rake and holder. Print with brim to avoid them detaching during print.

For the puck rake I use regular acupuncture needles. Unfortunately the ebay listing isn't available anymore - or I would have provided a direct link here. The needles have the following measurements:

• needle thickness: 0.4 mm
• handle diameter: 1.5 mm
• handle length: 45 mm
• final length of exposed needle: 40 mm

After print and cleanup I added the needles and snipped them off to the correct length of 40 mm. You may choose shorter or longer, but for me this has worked great. If the handles are a bit tight use a drill bit to loosen up the wholes a bit.

At the bottom of the holdere there's space for holding 3 x 2 discs. These add approximately 35 grams to the base - which helps keeping it from toppling over when adding/removing the rake. The discs I'm using are 2 mm thick and have a diameter of 24 mm.
