Slide-in frame / Display for Prusament-Labels on a storage box

You store your prusament in dry boxes or similar and want to have them neatly labeled.
The insert frame has the perfect dimensions for the labels applied to the prusament boxes. These are cut out together with the cardboard and inserted into the slide-in frame.
The slide-in frames can be attached to the dry box using double-sided adhesive tape, for example.

Du bewahrst Dein Prusament in Trocken-Boxen oder ähnlichem auf und willst diese aber sauber beschriftet haben.
Der Einschubrahmen hat die perfekten Maße für die auf den Prusament-Kartons aufgebrachten Etiketten. Diese werden samt Karton passgenau ausgeschnitten und in die Einschubrahmen eingeschoben.
Die Einschubrahmen können z.B. mittels doppelseitigem Klebeband an der Trockenbox befestigt werden.

Print instructions

Supports

The frame is very thin, so you need to print it flat on the print bed. Therefor you need supports for the overhangs. The attached gcode file includes optimal support which is removable easily.

Infill

The print has no infill! Everything is solid.

Supports

Da der Rahmen insgesamt nur wenige Millimeter dick ist (5mm), muss er flach liegend gedruckt werden. Deswegen sind (minimale) Stützstrukturen unumgänglich. Im angehängten Gcode sind die Supports optimal eingestellt. Diese lassen sich nach dem Druck sehr einfach entfernen.

Infill

Infill wird nicht beötigt, da der Druck praktisch nur aus Außenkonturen besteht.

Label cutting

The labels are cut flush from the prusament cardboard. This is best done with a cutter knife and a steel ruler.

Die Etiketten werden passgenau (bündig) aus dem Prusament-Karton ausgeschnitten. Am Besten gelingt das mit einem Cutter-Messer und einem Stahl-Lineal.
