US Army Combat Medic Badge

The US Army Combat medic badge award is given to Army medical personnel who perform medical duties while under enemy fire during ground combat. The purpose is in recognition of medical personnel who share the same hardships as infantrymen in combat.

An oxidized silver badge 1 inch in height and 1 ½ inches in width. It features a stretcher crossed by a caduceus surmounted at top by a Greek cross all on and over an elliptical oak wreath.

I earned mine in Iraq 2004. Thank you to all who served.
