UppaBaby Vista Cup Bottle Holder fix angle

I liked the cup holder that VersusMakes published.

But when I added my tall bottle it would turn and drop.

The bottle dented and the cup holder broke :(
 

So here's what i changed:

1. changed clamp so its at a fixed 40° angle
   → the holder doesnt turn around and fall
   → also made it stupid easy to print, without support
   → nicer finish without the overhang
2. made model parametric → you can change the diameter to fit your cup/bottle in fusion 360
3. changed bottle diameter from 77mm to 85mm (I use a 850ml 24Bottles® insulated bottle)
4. replaced lots of radius with fillets → easier to print
5. changed pillar of cup holder → less likely to break
6. added large fillets to holder to make it easier to mount to clamp

The clamp should be backwards compatible.
