Voron 0.2 BTT EBB36 toolhead mount with strain relief (More stable)

This is identical to the original with following changes:
 

• Added second zip tie
• Made the part thicker so it bends less

With the original part I had some communication issues with the EBB board. My theory was that the cable was janked quite a bit at higher speeds because the single zip tie still allowed the cable to rotate a bit. The second zip tie holds the cable in place a lot better and prevents rotation. My issues are gone with this change.
