BUILD PLATE STAND (WITH YELLOW BITS)

I originally uploaded this by request, without printing and testing it.  

It's not something I would normally do, but my printer was busy for a few days and since it's a slight variation of my “was” Cutting Board “now” Device Charging rack, I was confident that there would be no issues printing, and will update when photos are available.

While it does look the part, and it is indeed easy and economical to print, in use initially it was not something that I could be happy with.  With only one plate aboard and it is in an outside slot and tilting outwards, the stand was unstable.

But there's a fix! 

The inserts might detract from the original concept, but the difference they make is amazing - don't print this without them.   They are a press fit, but a drop or two of superglue will make sure they are there for ever if you don't believe me.  

Yes, I know I COULD have redesigned the whole thing but I like the yellow, and now it just "feels" right!

Mine is printed in PLA with a 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm QUALITY mode in Prusa Slicer, the inserts in 3mm DRAFT mode.
