Description
I recently made an antenna connector passthrough panel for my window. I needed a 1/2" hole on one side of the panel and wanted to make a grommet that I could slide cables into that would stay put inside the hole. I ran my antenna wires through the slot that is cut out and stuffed some foam inside with the wires to create a weather seal from the outside.
It's for a 1/2" hole through a panel that is 3/4" thick.
UPDATE: I have added two files as an update. I tried to make the same type of setup, but with a bolt split in half for more strength.

Notes:
Probably wouldn't hurt to put a skirt on the middle bolt part. There isn't much sticking to the bed. I had no issues, but if you do, add a skirt.
