Arrma Typhon Clipless Magnetic Body Mounting

These are some body mounts I made to eliminate body clips on my Typhon 6s. They are made to fit 3/4" x 1/8" countersunk round magnets. I used ones from K&J Magnetics, which you can get here - https://www.kjmagnetics.com/proddetail.asp?prod=RC22CS-P-N52. The magnets mount to the body with the magnet washers and M4x4 countersunk screws.

These mounts will raise the body by a couple mm so it can clear larger batteries or motor wires.

I have tested these mounts at 106MPH, and I had no issues at all. Off road bashing doesn't seem to be much of a problem either as the magnets usually reseat.

For the front, I placed the magnet directly onto the mounting plate using an M3 screw with a locknut underneath, to keep the front down under high speed. I've included a spacer as well in case you have a very thin magnet or want your entire body to be higher.
