The model does not have pins or other things to attach the two parts; if you plan to keep the print on a shelf with the mouth closed then just put the skull on top of the jaw and it should stay there, otherwise, a little bit of glue should do the trick.
The model is not very optimized, as it has a lot of triangles, but it loaded fine on PrusaSlicer, it just gave the “1M+ triangles” error, but other than that it works fine.
