Herstellung Druckteil:
ACHTUNG! nicht alles Materialien bzw. Farben funktionieren. Folgende habe ich getestet:
- EXTRUDR PLA NX2 epic purple > funktioniert
- EXTRUDR PLA NX2 militärbeige > funktioniert
- EXTRUDR XPETG matt weiss > funktioniert
- EXTRUDR Durapro ASA blau > funktioniert

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
You will need
- a laser cutter/engraver
- a 3D printer
- a piece of acrylic/plexiglass 51mm x 51mm 4mm thick
- a disc magnet 10mm x 2mm (10mm x 4mm also possible, then holds stronger on the hotplate)
I made many different tests and versions until I came to the best result. Here is my procedure:
Production of acrylic/plexiglass:
- Leave the protective film on the material during engraving
- I made the fan-shaped lines and the two circles as a cut with low power, so that it not cuts through but only engraves.
- AirAssist set to OFF so that the engraving is clear and not cloudy
- I have attached the .lbrn2 file as a guide. My laser is an 80W CO2 laser. Use this file at your own risk.
Production of the printing part:
ATTENTION! not all materials or colors work. I have tested the following:
- EXTRUDR PLA NX2 epic purple > works
- EXTRUDR PLA NX2 military beige > works
- EXTRUDR XPETG matt white > works
- EXTRUDR Durapro ASA blue > works
- EXTRUDR Biofusion reptile green > does not work
- EXTRUDR Biofusion metallic gray > does not work
- EXTRUDR PLA NX2 anthracite > does not work
- EXTRUDR PLA NX2 light blue > does not work
- EXTRUDR Flex medium black > does not work
- EXTRUDR PETG copper > does not work
- EXTRUDR XPETG matt black > does not work
- print in layer height 0.2mm, insert a print pause in the slicer at layer height 4.85 to be able to insert the disc magnet
- Test the correct position of the magnet on the hotplate beforehand and then insert it during the print pause
Then insert the acrylic/Plexiglas into the printed part so that the engraving side is facing downwards, i.e. towards the hotplate. The tolerances are deliberately very small so that no glue or similar is required.

I am happy about makes and comments ;)
