Description
It should be compatible with the AC-501X (which doesn't have a moisture trap) but I haven't confirmed it myself.
Most compressors should terminate with a ¼" BSP male thread once the regulator is taken off The regulator can then be re-connected with a standard ¼" BSP female-to-female air hose and a ¼" BSP male-to-male adapter (or a female-to-male hose).
The regulator usually terminates with a female ¼" BSP female wingnut thread:
It can be left in place if the air feed hose connects from the front or side, but if you want the air feed located in the back (Like I did) you'll have to dismantle it and connect the male-to-male adapter or hose directly into the regulator.
