Warner aluminum step ladder rear feet replacements

These are replacement rear feet for the Warner aluminum step ladder. The back feet were poorly designed and eventually the aluminum punched through the rubber. I made 2 parts, the main feet you print in TPU and I made some support pads you print separately in PETG or PLA and put inside the feet to prevent the aluminum from cutting through the feet over time, these pads aren't necessary but I recommend them for longevity.

Print settings:

TPU for the feet, 25-50% cubic infill and at least 4 wall loops for strength, no supports needed

Support feet: use whatever hard filament you would like
