Abdeckung und Halterung für M-2J1R und Stromversorgungsmodul

Abdeckung um versehentliches beschädigen der Membran zu verhindern und das Stromversorgungsmodul V-REG2 montieren zu können.

Der Bügel kann ohne Support gedruckt werden. Bei mir zumindest gab es keine Qualitätseinbußen.

Zusammenbau:

1. M-2J1R Modul und Dichtung an der Innenseite sowie die Abdeckung an der Aussenseite durch M3 Schrauben mit den zwei unteren Löchern befestigen.
2. V-REG2 Modul einlegen
3. Bügel einfädeln und alle Komponenten mit M3 Schrauben über die verbleibenden zwei Löcher befestigen.

Es kann natürlich das Kabel vom Stromversorgungsmodul zur Membran ohne Stecker und Kupplung direkt durchgeführt werden. Im Filament Lagerbox Kit wird eine passende Gummidichtung mitgeliefert, deshalb habe ich mich für diese Lösung entschieden.

In der DXF-Datei finden sie die Ausschnitte/Löcher, welche notwendig sind um das Modul montieren zu können.

Cover to prevent accidental damage to the membrane and to be able to mount the V-REG2 power supply module.

The bracket can be printed without any support. In my case at least, there was no loss of quality.

Assembly:

1. Attach the M-2J1R module and seal on the inside and the cover on the outside using M3 screws through the two lower holes.
2. Insert the V-REG2 module
3. Thread in the bracket and fasten all components with M3 screws via the remaining two holes on top.

The cable from the power supply module to the membrane can of course be fed through directly without a plug and coupling. The filament storage box kit comes with a suitable rubber seal, which is why I opted for this solution.

In the DXF-File you will find a the cut-outs/holes that are necessary to be able to mount the module.
