Small Toughcase+ bracket from benjamenjohnson/electronsmith

I dislike uploads of other peoples work, but I also hate using the thingiverse site, And for some reason this model isn't on the makers page there anyway. But since I have remixes to post, I'd prefer for reference sake to just link to models available here on the printables platform, its simpler to have it all on one site IMO.

Original description;

These brackets are designed to hold the small Dewalt ToughCase+ accessory box. They will also work with the very similar Craftsman accessory boxes, but the fit is much tighter.

I designed them to be used with my Packout rail bar clips which mount on the  2″ Packout rail mount bar. They can also be wall or pegboard mounted.

I’ve included a single STL file that has a 1″x1″ hole pattern on both the end and the back so it can be mounted flat or sideways.

Print Settings

Printer: Prusa i3 MK3
Slicer: PrusaSlicer
Material: Inland PET-G

Resolution: 0.3 mm with a 0.4mm nozzle
Wall Lines/Perimeters: 3
Infill: Minimum 10% Gyroid. The higher infill percentage the stronger the part.

Instructions

Printing this can be a little finicky, I’ve noticed that the fit is looser with 2 perimeters than 3. If you are going to adjust the model or the print parameters, I’d wait an hour after the print is cooled.
