Windy City Woodwinds Series 64 Saxophone Mouthpieces

When closing their operative business back in June 2024, Windy City Woodwinds have released their designs to the public and asked for broad distribution, which I am happy to do here on Printables.

This is the “Series 64”. I have integrated all sizes with different tip openings in this model.

Original Description
Inspired by the bold, innovative voices of the 1960s, the 64 pushes sonic boundaries while maintaining the vintage soul of iconic mid-century saxophone virtuosos. A subtle graduated flare to the chamber profile develops a remarkably powerful core, capable of filling the concert hall while maintaining a deep tonal center.  Featuring an innovative baffle design, the 64 offers a brilliant palette of color and clarity throughout the registers: brilliant altissimo, singing mids, and beautifully resonant sub-tones. Through extensive research and development we’ve set out to engineer a versatile creative companion, exceeding the demands of the modern saxophonist.

Print in PLA standing upright with 100% infill. Use brim as appropriate. Sand the table carefully with 400-800+ sand paper to ensure the reed seals properly.
