Neptune 4/4pro Y-Axis Double Shear 9mm Belt Upgrade

For whom is this for?

Its for Madmans thinking one day the N4 could be an LH-Stinger - it cant - but we try anyways! This Mod is for N4 or 4Pro owners that seek for more power overall on the Y Axis which means higher recommended accel, higher peak accel, higher belt tension, less vibrations and potentially less VFA.

What it does

This mod will relocate the motor lower to allow adding a longer motor then stock. Using the Moons Motor will allow the use of a bearing to make the motor shaft double shear. This in return allows to be much more aggressive on belttension which in return will improve Input shaping.

• 3x M5x22mm Cylindrical Locating Dowel Pin 304 Stainless Steel
• 2x 9mm GT2 Idler Pulley 20T Runice/Mellow 15mm OD (not 16mm)
• 1x 9mm GT2 Idler Pulley toothless Runice/Mellow 15mm OD (not 16mm)
• 1x 9mm GT Timing Pulley 20T Runice/Mellow/Gates 15mm OD(not 16 or 18mm)
• 1x F625 Bearing with flange ABEC7 or ABEC9
• 2x 1.8 or 2.5mm wide Cable Tie 
• 1x M4x6x10mm Heat Insert for Small LS Bed Leveling Knobs (otherwise rear left bed knob will hit motor)

note: instead of 2x 9mm gt2 toothed pulley + 1x 9mm gt2 toothless you can also order 3x 9mm gt2 toothless instead. Performance is identical.
