Add-on Handle

I made this handle to add on to other projects. It has a (male) threaded stud on the top to screw into anything with the complementary (female) threads. I provide some helpers for many situations.

The handle has a integrated “modifier” object for texturing the grip:

1. import the handle .3mf
2. choose the option to keep as parts as one object ("yes")
3. right click on the “Modifier” part & choose Change Type
4. choose Modifier
5. right click on the “Modifier” part
6. choose Settings ⟫ Fuzzy Skin
7. check all three items
8. turn on fuzzy skin in the modifier
9. adjust other fuxxy skin setting if desired, I like Fuzzy skin thickness of 0.5

Four mounting option:

• Threaded glue-on mount
• M3 low profile socket head machine screws mount
• M3.5 or #6 flat head screw mount
• “negative part” thread object (for use in slicer) 

Example:

The Rock head on a handle:

1. imported the “Neg Thread” object
2. merge with main object
3. change type to “negative volume”
4. position on flat surface, usually the bottom
