A 3D printed visor for a Bauer helmet with a hole in the middle for a 16x32 LED RGB matrix model HRP-1632.
 

It's better to use a real visor if you have one at hand and add in one way mirror foil just at the back, which gives an illusion of extra depth.
But if you don't have one, this is a very cost-effective way, especially if you just want to use the helmet as a display item (since you can't look through the visor anymore.)

I also made a visor without a hole for a screen for those who want to give it their own creative design or different dimensions.

Printed on a 18x18cm printbed (Prusa Mini+) with black PLA+ (use black or a dark enough filament that matches the RGB Matrix screen to sell the effect.)
Printing with a brim is advices.
Supports: snug
Do not overtighten the screws, or the plastic will shatter. It will still keep it in place just fine, but it looks cosmetically worse.

Please do not actually play hockey with this visor.
