Zodiac x Phaetus BMO - Voron V0 Sherpa Toolhead Mod

This is a remix of this toolhead:

to allow the use of zodiac x phaetus BMO hotend (which has a non-removeable groove-mount-collar) with the above mentioned toolhead. 

There will be 3 additional standard voron heat set insert needed to clamp the two halves together and properly mount the fan ducts. 
This mod provides only the parts needed to attach the BMO-hotend. All other parts need to be loaded via the provided github-link. 

Print settings:
0.2mm layer height
4 perimeters
5 top/bottom layers
40% infill
no supports necessary

To provide proper stability with increased heat I printed all the toolhead parts out of Prusament PC-CF and have since then no melting or deformation observed altough >150h printing at 285°C nozzle, 110°C bed and 65° chamber temperatures.
