Description

The assortment packs of metric  screws, nuts and washers (pictured) come in containers that are not adequate for holding such things.

Some of the parts (the little washers especially) seem to slide under the removable dividers and get mixed up.

I wanted to make bins with 4 sections for the Harbor Freight 24-compartment container that will allow me to distribute several of the assortment packs into this 24-compartment container. Being able to take to bins out makes it easier to grab one of the tiny parts.

The corners are different from the rest of the compartments. You will need to print 4 corner pieces and 16 center pieces to fill up the container. They slide in and out way better if you remove the dividers that com in the 24 compartment container.

There are 4 irregular sections that I did not bother to design bins for.

I designed the objects so that all the walls and bottom are 2 layers thick.

The bottom is actually 0.48 mm thick since I like to start with a 0.2 mm layer for better adhesion.

I also created a little Google Sheets spreadsheet that can be used to label what is in what bin.
