2 Line laser mount for CO2 laser (Chinese Omtech)

You will need M3 heat set inserts, 2 M3 set screws (grub screws) and 2 line laser modules.

I am posting this per request so I am not going to do a step by step but just set up as you see in the photos. 

Adjust the lasers with the end caps until A. the line is in focus and crisp B. it crosses a pulse mark on scrap material. Do this for both lasers then add some glue or silicone to the end cap so they don't vibrate loose and change the setting.

Use a Zip tie to tighten the mount to the head (otherwise it will loosen over time).
