Benchy Bauble

A benchy is no longer much of a challenge for a well-tuned modern printer. But a benchy inside a Christmas bauble? That's another challenge! 

This model allows you to test the cooling  and the overhang capacity of your filament (protip: Silk filament have a poor overhang capacity).

My print settings:

• 0.4mm nozzle
• 0.2mm layer height

This bauble has been designed to be printed with a minimum of supports. Simply paint some supports at the base of the bauble, just below the openings, and add a wide brim. I strongly recommend reducing the printing speed from the chimney level to achieve good quality.
