Why

Do you have a robot vacuum that can’t clean under your IKEA Metod cabinets? The default 8 cm clearance is often 2.5-3 cm too low, preventing vacuums like Roborock, Roomba, and Dreame from fitting underneath.

This extender raises the cabinets to solve the problem—perfect for smarter home cleaning or simply if you want extra height.

Print

This time I used black PLA Plus from SUNLU.

My settings:

• 0.6 nozzle
• 0.42 layer height
• 100% infill
• 4 walls (or as many as not to use infill at all - prints faster) 

⚠ Make sure to test your own settings, as this part must support weight.
