Drawer Slide on Airsoft BBs (f3d)

Version Free: BBs distance 0.15 mm (easy gravity movement from an angle of about 10 degrees)

Version Constriction: BBs distance 0,10 mm (no move by gravity niether in vertical position; with no load of course)

Version Heavy Duty: reinforced edges of the outer part to prevent twisting; must be screwed mainly at the ends and then roughly in the middle (where the back corner of the middle part of the slide usually ends)

No support needed.

Do not print in place! Print each part separately in the ideal orientation.

ASSEMBLY

Be careful, you need six hands or a handy grip to install the balls inside. I recommend this:

1. assemble the slides from the inside to the outside
2. try how many balls you can put in the groove so that one slide can slide 1/2 the required distance
3. place the outer part in the "working" position
4. place the balls in the lower groove
5. insert the inner part
6. place the balls in the upper groove of the inner part and slide the balls in between the two parts
7. place one end ball in the lower hole of the outer part and the other end ball in the upper hole of the inner part
8. it remains to place the last two end balls in the lower holes - take one in each hand, hold them in the two remaining holes from below and carefully slide both parts together
9. immediately screw the stop to the outer part

How simple!
