Sherpa Micro - ECAS + Switch

Sherpa Micro (ALU version) - ECAS + Switch for MMU

We needed to connect to the MMU (ERCF, TradRack, BoxTurtle...)
so we drew a component for the ECAS holder and the filament switch.

It also works as a standalone filament sensor.

For adjustment: distance from switch to wheel is 21mm.
Weight 3 grams.

Version with ALU cylinder tighten (0.8Nm).
Version without ALU cylinder tighten (0.4Nm).

Required material and screws:
1x D2F-5 (or 01) switch
1x Ball 5.5mm
2x M2x8mm SHCS
1x M3x22mm BHCS (don't forget the washer)
1x bowden 10mm (OD4 ID2.5)

Optional - version Cylinder:
1x ALU cylinder OD 4mm - ID 3mm - Lenght 8mm

Print without supports.
Print from ABS, ASA, PC or PA (CF)
