NEMA 17 Stepper Motor Mount for CNC

This stepper motor mount is designed specifically for NEMA 17 motors, commonly used in CNC 3018 Pro and other custom-built machines. It is part of a custom CNC milling machine design but can also be used in other applications requiring a sturdy motor mount.

The model ensures a secure hold for the motor, and its design has been optimized for 3D printing in PETG, offering good durability and heat resistance. Mounting is done using standard M3 or M4 screws (depending on your setup).

Print Settings (PETG):

• Layer Height: 0.2 mm (or 0.3 mm for faster printing)

• Infill: 40% (or more for extra rigidity)

• Print Speed: 50 mm/s

• Nozzle Temperature: 230-245°C

• Bed Temperature: 80-90°C

• Cooling Fan: 30-50% (too much cooling can weaken layer adhesion)

• Supports: Depending on the model (if there are overhangs)
