Inline Valve For 100mm, 125mm & 150mm Pipes

These models are butterfly valves for flexible 100mm, 125mm and 150mm pipes commonly used in ventilation. They are made to fit inside the pipes, and for you to clamp the pipes onto it from the outside.

They print with no supports, have only 5 pieces to assemble and a small amount of hardware. It features a simple latch for ensuring the valve stays in the correct place.

The following hardware is needed to complete the build. Note CNC Kitchen or Ruthex inserts are preferred, and Bambu Labs inserts are ever so slightly the wrong size for perfect fitment.

All 3MFs now include an optional TPU latch. This latch works great in 95A and is highly recommended over the non-TPU version due to being slightly smaller and therefore tighter and more secure.
