Ender-5 Max OrcaSlicer Profile

I didn't want to have to use Creality Print so I transferred all the values from the presets in there to OrcaSlicer.  There should be the 0.2mm Standard and 0.2mm Ultrafast preset in there.  I also modelled the build plate and the texture for it.  There's an aligned model and cropped texture for that to set in your OrcaSlicer printer config in the Publish folder.  The Source folder has the Fusion file for the plate and vectors for the textures for anyone that wants them.  Still testing this out, let me know if you have issues 👍
