Description
I got so tired of panel building and trying to get the nuts tight on lights, pushbuttons & selector switches. I did things the hard way and made prototypes out of aluminum… Then I got a 3d printer… and more people wanted these sockets!
This socket wrench is designed to fit over the WEG CSW series 22mm indicator lights, pushbuttons & selector switches. Print in your choice of colors, preferably bright enough that you can easily find it on your bench, but not bright enough that other people spot them and help themselves. PLA works fine, but if you use solvents nearby, you may want to look closer at other materials such as nylon.
I printed with 0.2mm layer height and 50% fill (not critical). Your only problem now will be over tightening the nuts… and making sure you have a couple spare sockets on hand when they go missing…
