Pressure roller from paint roller

Use this model to convert your existing paint roller to a two handed pressure roller.

The model is parametric and I attached the Fusion360 file, so if your pressure roller's shaft has different dimensions, you can customize the model before printing.

Printing:

No supports needed, but you have to rotate the cylinder to standing position before printing. I printed both parts from PLA with 0.3mm layer height, 4 perimeters and 25% infill and it is very sturdy. After printing you may need to go through the holes with a drill bit to make them roll nicely.

Assembly:

My paint roller has a 6mm shaft so I could easily cut an M6 thread to the end of it and use a nyloc nut to prevent the parts from moving sideways. I added 3 M6 washers between the parts and under the nut.
