Parametric cable hider

You can buy simple cable channels, but never seen one with:

• angle 

• connector to hide seams

• 90 degree angles for inside and outside corners

Custom sizes can be created using onShape. In downloads there are channels of two sizes with various lengths. Straight, 45 and 90 degree angles and connectors included.

Exact sizes

• 1010 → Inner size 10mm x 10mm, outer size 12.4mm x 13.2mm

• 1313 → Inner size 13mm x 13mm, outer size 15.4mm x 16.2mm

File naming scheme

1313_150_45-Cover - 13x13mm, length 150mm and 45 degree angle

Print instructions

Print without support, 0.20mm STRUCTURAL using PETG. Covers and connectors need to be rotated, like shown in second photo

Installation procedure

1. Secure one rail to wall with two sided tape and/or screws

2. Put cable in the rail and slide/press cover in place

3. Insert connector

4. Insert next rail to connector and continue
