Neptune 4/4pro X-Axis Double Shear & Motor Upgrade

For whom is this for?

N4 or 4Pro owner that either wish to use 3rd Party Motors - those have longer shafts which does collide with limit switch. Or those who want to add Doubleshear with either stock motor or 3rd Party Motor.

What to buy(BOM)

• 4x M3x40mm shcs or bhcs
• 4x M3x6mm fhcs or bhcs
• 2x M3x3(L)x4.2mm(OD) Heat Insert
• 1x F625 Bearing with flange ABEC7 or ABEC9

If you dont want to go the double shear route you would only need 2x M3x6mm and no bearing.

Print recommendation

• PETg-cf/gf or ASA/ABS-cf/gf, PETg acceptable
• Layerheight/width: 0.2/0.4
• Walls: 6
• Toplayer: 6
• Bottom Layer: 4
• Infill: 10%
• no supports
• no brim required
• ! for cf filament coat PCB interface surfaces with lacquer, superglue. CF is electrically conductive
