Meshtastic Solar Enclosure Rak 19007 Heltec

I initially designed this for the rak wisblock 19007. I have also made a version for the heltec v3. It uses a 100x100 5v solar panel, n-Female bulkhead fitting, and 18650 batteries. I would not call this a weatherproof enclosure, but I would say it's weather resistant. There is a weep/vent hole on the heltec version that I don't think I merged back into the rak version.

The heltec version of the case has some clips to retain a solar charge controller as the heltec does not have integrated solar charging capability.

The slot on the rak version is for the bluetooth antenna to slide into.

Required Hardware:

• 18650 battery contacts size 16x16.5mm AliExpress
• 4x m3x10 machine screws for the lid (stainless steel recommended)
• 2x m3x5mm machine screws for retaining mcu (heltec version only)
• 4x m1.6 for mounting (rak version only)
• 1x N-female bulkhead for the antenna AliExpress
• HW-736 solar charging module (heltec version only) AliExpress
• 100mmx100mm 5V solar panel AliExpress
• 2x 18650 batteries
• protection circuitry for the batteries recommended
• glue
