Vesa Mount Book Holder

The Multi Function Small Arm system is awesome, but has limits that got annoying with having it mounted under my monitor to hold a book. I started looking for a boom arm to be able to move the book out of the way, but realized if I removed my laptop from my second monitor arm I would be able to use the monitor arm to hold a book instead. 

Hardware

• 2 M3 heat inserts for mounting the page holder arms 
• 4-6 M3 bolts
  • 2 for page holder arms
  • 2-4 for vesa mount
    • I also printed tiny washers to let the M3 nuts not slip through my vesa mount that I have.
• 2-4 M3 nuts to attach holder to vesa mount

The cheap M3 hot inserts I have have a pilot insertion diameter of 4.2mm.
