Description

Easy, sturdy structure for 10 inch racks. Designed specifically for the Penn-Elcom (https://www.penn-elcom.com/19-inch-racking/) square hole rails but if there is similar hole spacing on the sides from another brand it should work too! Currently using on 12 rail sections and is extremely sturdy with only 9us populated (top down, saving the bottom for when i figure out how to get an effective NAS in this form factor.

The STLs have all three parts. The standard side panel (flat) spans two screws for each side (front/back rails) and I have the sides fully populated and would recommend at least 3 (top, bottom, middle) for stability, skip the bottom and top holes on the rails though as we need that for the top and bottom!

The top is the angled piece that is a perfect 90 degrees, you'll need 2 of these, the bottom has the feed protruding, 2 of these for the bottom gives you a firm base.

Printed in PLA+ .28 layer height with 3 perimeters, 3 top, 3 bottom. Secured to the rack using m5 screws/nuts (m4 also works fine).

Designed to fit on an ender3s1 pro (straight) so should fit on most non-mini printers at a 45 degree angle for the build plate worst case. Orientation is self explanatory but if you need it explained, just ask!

-----Update-----

Added Top w/ Attachment so a solid top can be added to your rack. any material 244mm x 267mm with m6 sized holes 10x10mm from the flats (model is threaded).

-----Update-----

Added a short depth option for approx 200mm rack depth (standard option is approx 260mm)
