Case for HP/Northstar Media Adapter (CF, CF Express, SD, MS)

Intro Notes: This is a case designed to fit an HP PN:644491-001 or Northstar PN:A0101004624 CF, SD, MS, and CF Express multimedia adapter. 

Print Parameters: 0.4mm Nozzle, 10% infill (or more if you want), 0.2mm Layer Height, 3 Vert.&Horz. Shell layers. Use small tree supports on the lower case to support the bridges by the port openings.

Additional Hardware: 2x M3 (3mm +-1mm long) screws (if you removed this from an e-waste computer, use the same fasteners that secured the PCB into the metal shielding). This is really only preventing the PCB from sliding back in the case when you insert and remove multimedia cards. You could use a dowel or something if you really wanted to, I just reused the fasteners from the original shielding.

Post Processing: Remove supports, clean up port openings if needed.

Assembly: 

1. Place the PCB into the lower case, ensure ports are not blocked.
2. Use the two fasteners with the rear two mounting holes.
3. Route the cable through the strain relief, and out the back of the case.
4. Place the upper case on the lower case and press down evenly and firmly. Ensure that the clip on the front of the upper case is inside the lower case prior to application of downward pressure.
