It’s just that – a stand. But not just any other stand. It’s a stand created by a seasoned specialty coffee barista who wants to get the most out of his shot of espresso!

This stand does exactly that. It lets you level up your Outin Nano game to new heights!
With this stand you can change the height to fit your gear!

Unlike other stands – and even the one Outin started selling themselves – this one allows you to fit even the biggest coffee scales under the machine, making it one of the most affordable alternatives for making espresso at home.

Up to you honestly. It does not need to be super strong and durable. Ive used PETG just for the flexibility.

Pro barista tips
The thing is, the art of espresso making is complicated. It’s so complicated that you really need to become a coffee scientist of sorts. And for that, you need data and the ability to replicate recipes.

If you want to get better espresso out of Outin Nano, use bigger ratios.

Throw the single dose (7g) basket to the trash. It sucks. Buy the double basket.

PREHEAT your coffee basket! I cannot stress this enough. It is the single most important thing to do. This single thing will make your shots go bananas with flavor.

Use WDT tools to distribute the grounds evenly. This helps alot. Great distributions yields a great succes!

My usual go to recipes start something like this:

18-19g of coffee IN
45 - 50g of coffee OUT
25-30 of extraction time (meaning from the start of the pump by holding the button to me stoping it)
