Garmin Cadence Sensor Strap

Replacement strap for Garmin's cadence sensor.

Print in TPU or similar soft / flexible material.
I used extrudr Flex semisoft (Shore A85). I would not use anything more rigid / less flexible than that, or it won't be able to stretch well at all anymore.

You can use the embossing tool to add custom text:

You can make the “infill modifier” part into a modifier and apply custom infill parameters on it to have different infill on the wide inner part:

Important:

This strap has a length of 65mm!
The default (middle) strap included with the sensor has a length of 60mm. I changed the length to 65mm to better fit on my crank.

I've included a STEP file if you want to remix it to your own custom length, or you can copy my original document in OnShape, adjust the length variable and export it again: Garmin Cadence Sensor Strap
(There are also variables for the width, thickness, fillet radius, … if you want to change anything else easily)
