Description
I designed an X-axis reinforcement for my CNC machine, 3D printed in PETG. The L-shaped structure enhances rigidity and stability, reducing unwanted vibrations during operation. Mounted with M6 screws, it ensures a solid connection to the aluminum frame. This is the final version, optimized for maximum efficiency when working with wood and plexiglass.
Printing Parameters:
• Material: PETG
• Layer height: 0.2 mm
• Infill: 50% (or specify if different)
• Wall count: 4
• Printing temperature: 235°C (nozzle), 80°C (bed)
• Cooling: 50%
• Print speed: 50 mm/s
