fully printable coffee needle distribution tool

This little tool can help you for an even extraction of the espresso. This coffee needle distribution tool doesnt need any other material than the fillament of your 3d printer.

The assembly is straight forward:

1. put the needles through the holes of the needle basket (needle heads inside the basket)

2. screw the basket onto the handgrip

3. put the cap onto the distribution tool to protect the needles

In the bottom side of the handgrip are four openings for reserve needles. You can also find the gcode of the multicolour version of the handgrip in the print files.

Update 20.03.2026:

• head of the needle is enlarged to increace stiffness

• keep attention to the correct alingment of the needle head to the notch

• tolerence for the needle is enlarged for better assembling

• Printing material changed to PETG, because PLA gets too brittle over the time
