Description

Heyho

I recently designed this Revolver Dispenser.

I also use a big version of this revolver to prepare some espresso shots :D

Check the describtion in the main Design for a hardware and assembling guide:

For the XXL Coffee Dispenser you will need the Lid and top TPU Sealing parts from the main Design. All other parts are modified for the bigger Volume.

You can also add 2 x M4 screws from the bottom and two 6 x 10 mm magnets in addition to the normal parts if you want to have some extra security because of the increased weight.

Design XXL is 210 mm in Z direction and suitable for around 20 g of Coffee.

Design XXXL is 225 mm in Z direction and suitable for around 22g Coffee.

Window Revolver

For the window revolver you can divide the part into single objects in your slicer and then print the part multicolor.

Or delete the single windows and use some thin (≤ 0,4 mm) transparent foil and stop the print at the top of the cavity to insert them. (I did not test this method yet).

I printed mine in Prusament PETG Pistacio + PETG Clear. You can improove the transparency if you spend some time dialing in the settings and dry the PETG in advance.

Sealing

I added some TPU Sealings so the coffee beans are somehow protected from air and humidity. (the bottom is pulled to the ground by its weight and the magnets)

Choose the plane version and no transparent material if you want to avoid any sunlight to have contact with the beans.

But since the beans won't stay that long in the revolver they doesn't loose a lot of taste at eather way.

I also added an XXXL Funnel if the standard one from the main design is too small for you.

I would recommend to print it with PETG, Vasemode, 0,6 mm external perimeter size.

Have fun!
