Description
For some reason I lost the pull out frame for my Hallbar 10L bin. This Frame is holding the bin bag in place. Ikea Germany don't have Replacements for lost Polypropylene Frames. So lets go and create a new one…
It came out with a snug fit.
My bin only has one notch on the backside ( Modell 2019 or so ). I saw in the assembly documentation that the original frame has two notches. The one I have created only mounts in one direction. I don't feel this is an disadvantage.
I like PETG orange for good visibility, so you don't throw it away any more.
I use original Pursa printing profile 0.3mm Draft, 0.4mm Nozzle for PETG Prusament with 20% infill. The printing plattform is just big enough to print it in one piece.
