Fly Away 1010 Rail Guide for Dual Egg Capsule

A “fly away” or split 1010 rail guide for use with my Dual Egg and Single Egg capsule for model rocketry. Use of a rail is helpful to getter straighter flights and maximum altitude

2-piece print. Slide it over the 24 mm booster airframe and attach a rubber band or elastic cord in the bottom notches. Then slide it into the launch pad rail. When the motor ignites the guide travels upward along with the rocket. Once the guide clears the rail the rubber band opens up the guide assembly and it fall away from the rocket.

Print in PLA in the color of your choice. Suggest a bright color to find in grass or field. Some infill 15-20% is recommended. See pictures
