RatRig/Rat Rig V-Core 3 Spring Steel Sheet Bed Corner

This is a bed corner piece that acts as a stopper to slide your spring steel sheets against.

When assembling my V-Core 3 I instantly noticed that it would be almost impossible to properly place the steel sheet on the magnet as there is nothing to slide against (like with a Prusa Mk3). As a result I always place the sheet down not straight.

There are other corner pieces out there that solve this, but the ones I found all need a screw to place them.

My design is much simpler and easier to use. Simply print out 2 of both files and click them into place. The bottom part (BedCornerPt1) has a 5mm pin that you stick in the corner hole of the bed. Then you just press the BedCornerPt2 on top of Pt1.

The corner pieces come in on the bed 9.5mm. If you properly placed you steel sheet magnet on the bed there should be ~10mm room between the magnet and the edge of the bed.
