Printing Instructions:

The SonicSkim GEV is designed to be printed in place with supports enabled for optimal structure. Use the following settings for best results:

  • Layer Height: 0.2–0.3mm
  • Supports: Required (enable auto-generated supports)
  • Infill: 15–30% for strength and lightweight performance
  • Material: PLA, PETG, or ABS (PETG recommended for durability)
  • Bed Adhesion: Use a brim or raft to prevent warping
  • Cooling: Recommended for overhangs

Ensure proper support removal post-print to maintain aerodynamic integrity. Light sanding may improve airflow.

After printing, test in low-speed environments before increasing velocity. For supersonic testing, advanced materials and propulsion methods are required. 🚀
