Description
I bought the "high quality" ChaoticLab CNC Door Mounting Kit for Voron 2.4 for a lot of money, but it did not fit into the recommended standard original Misumi 2020 Profiles for Voron printers.
The profile is 1mm deeper than what the design of the ChaoticLab door holders are made for. For whatever reason? This means that the plexiglass door does not fit properly in the end. The model here corrects this.
Take a look at the before and after pictures. Quick and easy.
Just print 4 of them with layer height of 0.2mm. I recommend the version with a height of 1.2mm - even I measured 1.0mm difference…
