MK4S držák ventilátoru / MK4S fan holder

Toto je remix alternativního držáku  MK4s ventilálotoru umožňující jeho vyklopení pro lepší přístup k hotendu. Doporučený materiál PC-CF. Výška vrstvy 0,2 mm. Podpěry jsou pro držák nutné. Upozornění: vzhledem k odlišnému umístění ventilátoru ve krytu, je potřeba vytisknout nový kryt ventiláru včetně víka a dílu fan-shroud. 

Montážní materiál

Šroub M3x6 pro upevnění víka krytu ventilátoru 3 ks 
Šroub M3x8 pro upevnění dílu fan-shroud ke krytu 1 ks
Šroub M3x10 pro upevnění sestavy krytu s ventilátorem k držáku 2 ks
Čtvercová matice M3 pro upevnění dílu fan-shroud ke krytu 1 ks
Samojistná matice M3 pro upevnění sestavy krytu s ventilátorem k držáku 2 ks
Šroub M3x30 pro upevnění držáku na Nextruder 2 ks
Šroub M3x20 pro upevnění držáku na Nextruder 2 ks
Neodymový magnet 20x6x2 mm 4 ks

Návod na sestavení:

1. Vložte samojistné matice do krytu ventilátoru
2. Vložte neodymové magnety do krytu ventilátoru (viz obrázky)
3. Vložte ventilátor do krytu
4. Připevněte víko krytu pomocí šroubů M3x6
5. Připevněte díl fan-shroud ke krytu ventilátoru pomocí šroubu M3x8
6. Na povrch krytu ventilátoru položte zbývající magnety taky aby byly přitaženy magnety uvnitř krytu (viz obr)
7. Přiložte ke krytu držák ventilátoru ve správné pozici 
8. Zasuňte magnety do držáku tak aby byl kryt přitahován k držáku
9. Namontujte držák na nextruder pomocí šroubů M3x20 a M3x30
10. Upevněte kryt na držák pomocí šroubů M3x10. Šrouby dotáhněte tak, aby šlo krytem otáčet, ale nebyla žádná vůle mezi krytem a držákem.
11. Veďte kabel dle obrázku.

UPOZORNĚNÍ - při naklapění krytu kontrolujte pozici kabelu aby nedošlo k jeho uskřípnutí.

This is a remix of the alternative MK4s fan holder allowing it to be tilted for better access to the hotend. Recommended material PC-CF. Layer height 0.2 mm. Note: due to the different placement of the fan in the fan case, a new fan-case including the fan-case-cover and fan-shroud part needs to be printed.

M3x6 screw for fixing the fan-case-cover 3 pcs
M3x8 screw for fixing the fan-shroud part to the fan-case 1 pc
M3x10 screw for fixing the fan-case assembly with fan to the fan-holder 2 pcs
M3 square nut for fixing the fan-shroud part to the fan-case 1 pc
M3 lock nut for fixing the fan-case assembly with fan to the fan-holder 2 pcs
M3x30 screw for fixing the fan-holder to Nextruder 2 pcs
M3x20 screw for fixing the fan-holder to Nextruder 2 pcs
Neodymium magnet 20x6x2 mm 4 pcs

Assembly instructions:

1. Insert the lock nuts into the fan-case
2. Insert the neodymium magnets into the fan-case (see pictures)
3. Insert the fan into fan-case
4. Attach the fan-case-cover using M3x6 screws
5. Attach the fan-shroud part to the fan-case using M3x8 screw
6. Place the remaining magnets on the surface of the fan-case-cover so that the magnets inside the fan-case are also attracted (see picture)
7. Attach the fan-holder to the fan-case in the correct position
8. Slide the magnets into the holder so that the cover is attracted to the holder
9. Mount the holder on the Nextruder using M3x20 and M3x30 screws
10. Attach the cover to the fan holder using M3x10 screws. Tighten the screws so that the cover can rotate, but there is no play between the fan case cover and the fan holder.
11. Route the cable as shown in the picture.

WARNING - when rotating the cover on, check the position of the cable to prevent it from being pinched.
