About

I had some Logitech X-230 speakers (2.1 setup) and the right speaker with a controller somehow lost the cover on it, so I redesigned that from scratch. Not great, not terrible.

Please give a like and post makes and provide comments for further improvements.

Changelog

  • 2025.03.18 - initial release

Print:

  • notice gcode file is just for generic info about filament and print time
  • I suggest 0.2mm layer height
  • 2 or more perimeters
  • infill whatever you like but 25% is enough
  • no supports, no brim
  • you may want to tune infill angle to 0 (or 90) to make it a bit nicer.

Assembly

  • you may want to sand the corners and paint the front to your liking
  • after printing you need to heat up the plugs that go into the holes of the screws (can be done with a hot station or a lighter
  • use a knife to expand them slightly, adjust it so it is not too much otherwise it is hard to slide in and they can break.
